- Maximum braking performance: optimized friction material composition with a friction coefficient of 0.35 to 0.45, depending on the operating conditions, guarantees stable and confident braking performance.
This meets the requirements of SAE J2522 standards that test brake pad performance in extreme situations.
ZENNEK pads demonstrate excellent traction at both low and high speeds, which is especially important for safety on the road.
- No squeaks or vibrations: all ZENNEK products pass the NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) test and meet or exceed the standardized requirements.
ZENNEK brake pads minimize noise and vibrations during braking. Anti-squeak pads with increased rigidity effectively dampen sound waves, which improves acoustic comfort while driving.
- Heat and overheating resistance: ZENNEK friction materials have a high temperature stability, which allows them to retain their properties at operating temperatures up to 550°C.
This is important to prevent thermal wear and overheating of the brake system, especially when driving aggressively or on long downhill grades.
