This warranty policy (hereinafter — «Policy») governs the warranty for ZENNEK branded auto parts (hereinafter — «Products») manufactured by CALABRIANI LIMITED (hereinafter — «Manufacturer»), with registered office at Giannou Kranidioti & Pargas 9, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus. The Policy is developed in accordance with European Union law, including EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale and warranty of consumer goods.
The Policy is designed to comply with the laws of the European Union, including EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale and warranty of consumer goods.
Products are covered under warranty for a period of 18 months from the date of shipment to the distributor or 12 months from the date of sale to the end user, whichever comes first.
The warranty is valid under the following conditions:
- The products were purchased from an authorized distributor or official retailer.
- Buyer provides proof of purchase (receipt or sales contract).
- The product was installed by a certified technician in accordance with the instructions provided with the product and the vehicle maintenance recommendations from the manufacturer.
The warranty shall terminate in the following cases:
- The product was installed in violation of the instructions provided with the product or the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations.
- The products have been used inappropriately or in violation of the manufacturer's recommendations.
- Unauthorized changes or modifications have been made to the products.
Particular attention must be paid to proper installation. Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions will result in immediate termination of the warranty.
The warranty covers only the product itself and does not cover:
- Any costs associated with removing or installing the part.
- Moving the product to and from the service center.
- Any consequential damages (including damage to machinery).
These costs are the full responsibility of the buyer and/or the service center providing services to the buyer.
The manufacturer undertakes to:
- Repair or replace the product free of charge in the event of a factory defect or material defect.
- If repair is not possible — offer a replacement with a similar product. If replacement is not possible, the buyer will be refunded the full price of the product.
- Cover the cost of transportation of a new product to replace the defective product within the country where the purchase was made.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Natural wear and tear of parts.
- Damage caused by accidents, external influences or unauthorized modifications.
Minor defects that do not affect the performance of the product, including damaged packaging, do not constitute a warranty case.
Warranty claims will only be accepted:
- Direct from the manufacturer.
- Through authorized suppliers and vendors.

- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or sales contract).
- Describe the problem and deliver the product for diagnosis.
The claim will be reviewed within 30 calendar days.
In the territory of countries outside the European Union, warranty obligations are subject to local regulations and acts. The procedure of warranty service for end users is determined by local distributors in accordance with the legislation of the country of sale, but within the list of the manufacturer's conditions.
